I've been using this for a couple months now, nearly every night at bedtime, and my jacked up neck is noticeably better. Some people make ridiculous claims for these things, but it's not regrowing your raggedy discs or any such nonsense. Oh wow, this thing is great! I have bought at least 5 different pillows for neck pain in the mornings. I have finally figured out it NOT the pillows, it's ME! Apparently I sleep with my head in bad positions.I bought this to try to make the pain go away after the damage is done.
