The bigger fingers massage the back of my neck. This massaged the areas I really wanted massaged. It feels so amazing. It relaxed me so much. It has mild heat, but only in the part that rests against the back of my neck. The first time I used it I was amazed. I've used it a few times now. I am not sure how many 10 minute sessions I will get out of a charge yet. But I do really like that it has a lithium battery, that way I do not have a cord to get in the way. The top of the straps that come down have a smooth surface. The controls are on these straps. You can put your hands or arms in the bottom loop of the strap to hold this in place. There is another strap, but I have no idea how I how I would use it. The charge cord port is on the inner side. I am glad it is a USB C cord. I really like this item. It's exactly what I wanted.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I gave these a try. This is perfect for easing the tension from a long day at the desk , and really these are invaluable for helping with neck craning. The heat function works very fast and provides just enough warmth for the added effect. The massagers themselves do a great job of really getting in there and providing an authentic experience. The mode can be changed, so I usually try all of them in one session. The heat works well, I like to lower the heat by pressing the second button twice. The first button changes the squeeze speed from slow to fast. The third button switches between different modes. It purrs like a cat, but after some use it occasionally makes some squeaky-leather sound, that's why it received one star less. Also, the bottom legs have a harder grip, so I like to use a soft towel underneath. I use the hand loops to move the massager around my back and neck, but I don't use the center strap much. Overall a very pleasant massaging experience. I got it for myself, but my husband uses it too.

This is by far the best one I’ve tried that I could find here for my left shoulder pain! Other massagers that were cheaper have rotating balls, which did feel good but left me sore and in more pain than I was the next morning. This one squeezes your neck and shoulder. It can be a little hard to position in the right spot with the little legs touching your back/scapula area. I also tried a more expensive device that looked like this one and the legs were shorter exacerbating my issue with the device contacting my body. The heat also works very well and I enjoy the 3 different types of massage patterns. Highly recommend!!!

(25 year old neck injury) It does have some serious pressure so it really works your muscles. I have discovered with daily use the muscles feel better and less tender each session. The heat is soothing and each massage cycle is 10 min. I get seven sessions on one charge when using heat. The pressure really works the vagus nerves in your neck to relieve headache pain and tension.By pulling on the straps you can control the amount pressure you add to the massage. You can also change the speed and movement of the massage as well as no heat.It comes with a charging cord which is a C type cord, but you need to supply the charging portal.

It's like having a pair of hands kneading your shoulders right where I carry tension. I use it while sitting in a chair with a higher back. If I brace this device against the back of the chair and lean into it, I can adjust where exactly it's massaging me. Unlike a rolling ball, this has bracket-type hands that "pinch" the top of your shoulders. They grab the shoulder flesh and really breaks up the knots. The heat feature is really great while you're using the massager. I use it for just 5 minutes and get relief like going to a masseuse.
